QLYS-25HZ series hydraulic tire type truss boom grab cranes are widely used in ports, wharves, stations and freight yards, and are further developed as high-efficiency bulk cargo handling equipment according to the actual operation needs of users. It has the following advantages:

1. Electromechanical hybrid drive patented technology, using 380V electric drive, the operating cost is only 30% of the oil consumption of internal combustion engine, and there is no waste and pollution;

2. It can lift 30% of the lifting operation and travel without outriggers, and the lifting operation and travel can be completed in one cab;

3. After replacing different hydraulic grab, it can load, unload, stack and unstack grass, reed, cotton, hemp, bamboo, wood, waste paper, finished paper, sand, stone, coal and other foam, loose, soft and bulk goods, realizing the multi-purpose function of one machine;

4. The full hydraulic drive realizes stepless speed change, overcomes the operation impact, and makes the operation process more stable, safe, convenient and reliable;

5. The dual pump split and confluence design is adopted to realize the high and low dual speed functions during lifting and lowering operations, which greatly improves the operation efficiency;

6. A slideway type hydraulic automatic pipe winding device is designed to solve the problem of automatic retraction and release of the power output hose when it rises and falls with the grab;

7. Explosion proof motors and fully enclosed electrical appliances and circuits can be selected to ensure safety and fire prevention during operation, meeting the fire and explosion-proof requirements of various key fire safety areas; The control part of the electrical system adopts 24V low-voltage operation. It is designed and installed with protection functions such as overcurrent, overload, overheating and leakage. Phase sequence identification and "Y" - "△" step-down startup are adopted to ensure the safety and reliability of the electrical system;

8. To protect the environment, electric motors are used for operation, which reduces the environmental pollution caused by waste discharge during internal combustion engine operation and reduces the working noise.
